This morning, I woke up not really wanting to “think” about my workout so I just did two rounds of the Jeanette Jenkins 10 Minute Booty Bootcamp video from fitsugar.com. I then found an ab pyramid workout from ToneItUp.com, but I thought “why not make up my own!?”….I guess I changed my mind about not wanting to think about my workout. Here is what I came up with.
Ab Pyramid
10 side lift and lowers on each side (prop yourself on your elbow, stack your feet, and raise and lower your hips)
20 bent knee leg raise and lower
30 crunches
40 bicycle crunches
50 clam crunches
40 bicycle crunches
30 crunches
20 bent knee leg raise and lower
10 side lift and lowers on each side
It made for a nice simple, speedy little workout. Just what I needed after a long and late night at work last night and an early morning today!
Breakfast
For breakfast I had a smoothie! Since I hadn’t had one for breakfast in about a week, this smoothie tasted extra good. For some reason whenever I go without something for a while, it always tastes better 😉
Today, the smoothie included bananas, blueberries and spinach all topped with granola.
Wedding Cake!
This is going to be a busy day for me. Right after work, Brian is picking me up so that we can go meet with a potential wedding cake designer. That means we get cake samples. I am looking forward to it, because this should definitely be something fun for Brian and I to do together. And who know….this designer may be the one!!!
The second cake I think is the most stunning. However, visiting a wedding cake designer to pick out one does sound like fun. The only downside is that it may be hard to decide on just one! I look forward to finding out your pick!
