A couple of weeks ago, I taught a special group fitness class that focused on healthfully walking in high heels. The class started with all of the ladies, including myself, wearing high heels. We worked on our posture, having confidence, and understanding what it felt like to walk with everything in alignment while wearing high heels. We then switched gears, put on our tennis shoes, and completed a lower body workout that ended with lower body stretches to strengthen and lengthen the muscles that are important for supporting the body while wearing high heels. The muscles of focus were the quads, glutes, inner and outer thighs, calves, and hamstrings. The class was so much fun, and in my book such a success! When I mentioned that I taught this class in an earlier post, some of you expressed interest in me sharing the details of these exercises with you, so I created a video outlining the seven different exercises that I showed the girls during their high heel workout class. Enjoy!

I really love your site.. Great colors & theme.
Did you develop this website yourself? Please reply back as I’m planning to create my very own blog and would love to know where you got
this from or just what the theme is named.
