I have a Fitbit Flex and absolutely love it 🙂  My favorite feature is the sleep tracker!  It’s amazing seeing how restful my sleep actually is and tracking how long it takes me to fall asleep at night.

I have a Basis Peak. I love the analytics which include heart rate, sleep, calories burned at all times (even sitting at my desk at my day job. The reason I like this tracker is for the continuous heart rate monitoring during workouts. The tracker automatically senses your activity like walking, running, or riding a bike.
That sounds amazing! I do not have a heart rate monitor, but it’s something I continuously consider purchasing. I really just need to bite the bullet and get one!
Hi Tara! My husband has been wearing the fitbit flex for a while now and he really likes it. I have been thinking about getting either the fitbit charge HR or the Jawbone UP3 because they track your heart rate during workouts. Have you heard much about either of these? How do you track your exercise when teaching your BODYPUMP classes? Or do you?

I do not have personal experience with the fitbit charge or the Jawbone UP3 but I would imagine they get the job done as well. Right now, I don’t track my heart rate during my workouts but it’s something that is “on my list to do.” I will be sure to let you know when I get something that tracks my HR and what it is 🙂
