Ingredients

- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp soaked walnuts*
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- handful of frozen spinach (about 1 cup)
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
*Soak your nuts by covering in water and adding a bit of salt. Allow to soak overnight.
