This creamy, thick Strawberry Kefir Smoothie is full of good-for-your-gut probiotics. Blend it up for a quick and cool breakfast!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 4 oz or a half cup of plain kefir
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency.
- Serve in your favorite glass with a straw and enjoy!
