OK, I have to admit, I have been holding out on you!
Several mornings these past couple of weeks, I have enjoyed a deliciously filling and creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl…and I haven’t shared the recipe!
If you love pumpkin pie, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin spice lattes…or anything pumpkin you will love this smoothie! It is the perfect way to refuel after a workout, and it’s great for breakfast. Honestly, I think it may be good enjoyed any time of the day 😉

Yields: 1 Smoothie served in a bowl or a cup
Ingredients:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender until desired consistency. Enjoy!

I love seeing all the different pumpkin pie recipes everyone comes up with. All so different, but sound delicious! I love using cinnamon bun protein powder instead of vanilla in mine.
