I had been anticipating this morning’s workout since Monday when I read Tina’s post highlighting this upper body routine.
I was initially introduced to Tina’s fabulous workout routines as a participant in Best Body Bootcamp. Tina is the brain’s behind the Best Body Bootcamp virtual training program that I participated in this winter. You can read more about my experience with her bootcamp here and here.
This workout specifically appealed to me because I knew that I wanted to work the upper body, I am running shorter on time this week which means less time to write my own workout plans, and I liked that she used the Group Set training technique. I typically superset my workouts to keep things interesting and efficient, but I am ALWAYS looking for ways to switch things up. Tina does a great job of outlining the Group Set technique here.
Brian and I were definitely feeling the burn by the end of the workout. Thanks, Tina, for an amazing upper body routine!

My bowl of oats included:
Started the day with a great workout and a yummy breakfast. What more could a girl ask for?!
Hope you all have a great Wednesday!
