Calling all PSL lovers! This Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte with Oat Milk is a fun drink to make when celebrating fall and the Thanksgiving season at home. It’s dairy free, gluten free, and plant-based!
Ingredients
1 cup oat milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (homemade pumpkin puree recipe)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup strongly brewed hot coffee
Instructions
- For the stove top: Combine the oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a saucepan and heat until bubbling around the edge.
- For the microwave: In a microwave safe bowl, combine the oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Cover the bowl with a plate and microwave until hot (about 1-2 minutes depending on the microwave).
- Pour the heated mixture into a blender (or use a milk frother affiliate link) until the mixture is foamy.
- Pour the hot coffee into a mug and add the foamed pumpkin milk. Enjoy!
