Description

Cold, refreshing, no sugar added Homemade Freeze Pops! Mango Orange Carrot and Strawberry Watermelon. A perfect summer treat or snack packed with nutrients.


Ingredients

Mango Orange Carrot Freeze Pops

1 cup frozen mango chunks

Juice of 2 oranges

½ cup steamed carrots

Strawberry Watermelon Freeze Pops

2 cups chopped watermelon

1 cup fresh strawberries


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients for desired smoothie flavor  in a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes, until it is super smooth and creamy.
  2. Use this funnel to fill your freezee popsicle bags
  3. Freeze for 6-8 hours, or until hard and enjoy!

Notes

Mango Orange Carrot Pops yield 1 cup of puree, about 3 freezee popsicles

Strawberry Watermelon Pops yields 2 cups puree, about 5 freezee popsicles
