1 frozen banana
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup, optional
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
