Good morning!
This morning’s gym session was another great superset partner workout.
These exercises really get my shoulders and biceps burning, which I LOVE! Finishing things off with some weighted incline crunches is really just the cherry on top of the entire workout.

Moving right along to breakfast:
Typically, I am a girl that craves something sweet in the morning such as hot oats, overnight oats, or a bowl of fruit with Greek yogurt and nut butter…but this week, I made myself a little casserole.
I was craving something savory when I was prepping my meals on Sunday, so I threw together some fat free cottage cheese, egg whites, eggs, Morningstar Farms veggie breakfast sausage, and spinach.
I am absolutely loving this little concoction, and I will have to pay more attention to the measurements that I put in next time so that I can share this little breakfast meal with all of you.
Back in January, I went home to Fort Wayne to participate in a Vera Bradley video shoot for their new baby line.
I received the full treatment of hair and makeup, and I had a great time doing it!

Do you create circuits that don’t involve machines? I don’t have any access to machines. I only have access to dumbbells and a kettlebell.
Yes! On my “workouts” page, there are a couple of workouts that don’t require equipment. I will make sure to keep this in mind and create more that use body weight or simple dumbbells 🙂 Thanks for asking!!
