Description
Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites are the perfect snack for on the go. Easy to make (no food processor required!), and they keep for a long time in the freezer!
Ingredients

- 1 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter work well here!)
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup oats (gluten free if necessary)
- 2 Tbsp milled chia seed
- 1 Tbspmaple syrup
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. I found it easiest to combine with clean, bare hands!
- Roll into balls that are about 15 g or 1 Tbsp.
- Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
