Best Body Boot Camp Overview

As many of you know, I was a participant during the third round of Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

The boot camp is an eight week program that consists of a variety of workouts, a great support group, and some cash prizes.

I had read so many great things about the boot camp, that I just had to see for myself what all of the hype was about.  As a very experienced exerciser, one may wonder why I would join a group like this or how I would benefit from something like this.

One thing that I loved is the fact that Tina provided so much information about why we were doing the exercises we were doing and how they were supposed to improve our fitness.  Even though I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, it is still so interesting for me to read other people’s ideologies and thought processes.  I found that I was learning exercises that were new to me, and thoroughly enjoyed the entire eight week program.

Another great perk was not having to come up with my own morning routine 😉

Here are some posts recapping my progress and thoughts during the boot camp:

Tina is holding registration NOW for her 4th round of boot camp.  Registration ends on December 31 and the eight week program will begin on January 7 for a new year kick off!

I will not be participating this round as I will be training for a half marathon, but I HIGHLY recommend this training program to anyone.  It is great for all fitness levels, and the community truly is amazing.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about my experience that I did not answer!

Right now, Indiana is a big snowy wonderland.  I didn’t feel comfortable shoveling the snow out from under my car in the dark in order to head to the gym and I don’t have anyone creating workouts for me, so I created a little at-home no equipment needed circuit to complete with Brian in doors…away from the snow!

Snowed in Circuit Workout

This workout will get your heart pumping and body sweating.  A snow day is no excuse to avoid fitting in that sweat time 🙂

**I created this workout last night with the intent to do it this morning at 5am….well for some reason neither myself or Brian heard the alarm and we woke up at 6:15am!! I guess we needed the sleep after the holiday rush.  We will do the workout tonight 🙂

I really do love snow, but only during the holiday season.  After January 1, I am ready for the spring flowers to start budding!

Is it snowing where you live?  Do you like the snow and winter weather?
