Our 100 Year Old Tudor: Little Girl’s Room

Designing my daughter’s bedroom was a true labor of love. We started this renovation process when she was only 4 months old, so choosing things that she could grow into and enjoy for many years was important. I wanted the room to feel feminine and polished but playful enough for a little girl.

We added the window seat (that also acts as hidden storage) under the large window, and I had the scallop cornice made as a decorative element and to block additional light making it easier for her to fall fast asleep. This post contains many images for inspiration as well!
