Are you a condiment person?
Honestly, I really do love dipping my food in things like ketchup, hummus, and recently I’ve been loving dipping my veggies in avocado dill dressing.
That being said, my latest favorite condiment is Dijon Mustard. I love dipping raw veggies in it (you should try it!) topping my salmon cakes with it and I love adding it to my salad for a little extra zing.
As I was planning our Easter menu a couple of weeks ago, I took my love of dijon mustard a step further and decided to pair it with my favorite fish…salmon!
This meal was so good, I had to create it again this week for a couple of reasons:
Brian and I enjoyed this fish as a main course on Easter, but when we had it the second time around we enjoyed it over a bed of zucchini noodles topped with avocado dill dressing and tomato…so good!
Basically, I don’t think you can go wrong with this dijon dill salmon recipe 🙂 I hope you enjoy it!!

I can’t dip my food into dijon mustard (raw), but I do like it when it’s baked on salmon or chicken! Great recipe, Tara!
I thought dijon with raw veggies sounded super weird at first too…now I love it!
