A twist on the classic Moscow Mule! Make this drink with ginger kombucha and cranberry simple syrup for a fun and refreshing holiday drink.

- Cranberry Ginger Simple Syrup:
- 2 cups Wyman’s frozen cranberries
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp fresh, grated ginger
- Cranberry Kombucha Mule (for one cocktail):
- 1/2 lime
- 1 part vodka (about 1/4 cup)
- 2–3 parts ginger kombucha (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 Tbsp cranberry simple syrup
- Garnish:
- lime wedge
- 2 cranberries on a toothpick
- sprig of rosemary
Instructions
- Cranberry Ginger Simple Syrup:
- Combine all simple syrup ingredients in a saucepan. Place over medium high heat and cover. Allow to boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Then, drain the syrup into a bowl and smash the cranberries to get the most flavor.
- Cranberry Kombucha Mule:
- Squeeze half a lime into one mug, then drop it in. Add in 3-4 large ice cubes. Pour in the vodka and fill with the ginger kombucha and simple syrup. Stir, add your preferred garnishes and enjoy!
